Jan was one of my P.E.O. sisters in Chapter DE, and I enjoyed many times with her at Perry 1st United Methodist Church. She was always gracious, well-spoken and encouraging to others. Many lives are enriched for having known her. Deepest condolences to all Jan's family; may many warm memories comfort and sustain you.

Tom & Family-Thinking and praying for you during this difficult time. I am reading Nancy's comments about your mom and feel some of what she is saying lives on in you; especially, the part about being your best to bring out the best in your clients.

Jan was one of the sweetest teaching mentors I had. She was an experienced teacher when I started teaching and she was so helpful and patient with me as I learned from her and all our cronies how to be my best so the students could do their best. But she also had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh. I will always remember her smile and laugh when I think of her. She was a true lady and shared herself with everyone. We all were blessed to have had her in our lives. I'm so sorry for your loss.
