Robin Hill, 65 of Perry, IA, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Memorial East Hospital in Shiloh, Illinois. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Robin Gail Bartley was born March 8, 1956 in Jefferson, IA, the daughter of Dwayne and Carolyne (Fox) Bartley. She graduated from Perry High School with the class of 1975. Robin married Rusty L. Hill on December 4, 1976 in Bouton, IA at St. Paul Lutheran Church. They lived in the Des Moines area until moving to the Hill family farm in 2006. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Rusty Hill of Perry, IA; one son, Ashley Hill (Amber Mathes) of Des Moines, IA; one daughter, Amanda (Aaron) Burkhart of Douglas, AZ; step-father Richard Owens of Des Moines, IA; half brother, Christopher Owens of Des Moines, IA; half sister, Andrea Owens of Phoenix, AZ. Preceding Robin in death were her parents, one brother, Kevin Bartley, and one sister, Shawn King.
